Introduction to Qigong

Come learn about this ancient Chinese practise that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques and mental focus. The gentle, rhythmic movements can help you reduce stress and create a positive mental outlook. Qigong is suitable for all ages. Date has been changed from one previously advertised to avoid being on the same day as Botanic to Bridge.

This colourful and imaginative exhibition of paintings, drawings and collages celebrates ‘who and what makes Australia great’ by primary school aged students of the Gladstone Region.
