Fun Activity Morning

Come join in the fun fitness theme morning. There will be obstacle courses, jumping castle, trackless train, rockwall, games, and fitness activities with Tracey Moore as well as Creative Recycling Activity and colouring in.

Halloween Disco and Markets 
Saturday, October 28 - 5pm to 9pm
Arboretum Area

Fun for under 12s at the free disco. Kids, wear your halloween costume and join in the dancing and games, while mums and dads stroll through the twilight markets.

Introduction to Qigong

Come learn about this ancient Chinese practise that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques and mental focus. The gentle, rhythmic movements can help you reduce stress and create a positive mental outlook. Qigong is suitable for all ages
