The Library Building of the Boyne Tannum Community Centre is located at the corner Wyndham Avenue and Hayes Avenue and houses a customer service counter for Gladstone Regional Council and the Boyne Island Library. There are two (2) rooms for hire, both are wheelchair accessible. Please note that all rooms are non-smoking and furniture is not be be moved from room to room under any circumstances.

>Mt. Larcom Room

This is a large meeting room with vinyl flooring and air conditioning. There is a reasonable length of bench space with two deep double sinks set in. The room also has a domestic fridge/freezer and electric jug. No crockery, cutlery etc. is supplied with this room. Tea towels and washing up liquid are not supplied. Male and female toilets (to disabled standard) are located on this level.

>Port Curtis Room

Port Curtis Room is the largest room available at this centre, it is ideal for large functions catering for up to 200 people. The hall has polished timber floor, air-conditioning and access to a balcony. The foyer (not air-conditioned) is available for use with this room by arrangement with the Venue Co-ordinator. The adjoining bar and kitchen are available for hire for an additional fee. Toilet facilities include a disabled and parent room, are centrally located on this level.
