Transfer of an existing licence for higher risk personal appearance services
This section applies to businesses that have new occupiers or have undergone a sale.
Step 1: Apply for the transfer of a licence
Complete and lodge the form below to apply to transfer a licence including paying the appropriate fee to Council's Environmental Health Department.
Step 2: Issuing the approval to operate
Your approval to operate (licence) will be sent to you once the application for a transfer and relevant fee(s) have been received and approved. A copy of the relevant licence conditions will be sent with the licence.
