The Gladstone Region Environmental Advisory Network (GREAN) was formed in response to community enquiries to revive Gladstone City Council's Environmental Advisory Committee, and following an Environmental Forum and Visioning Session held in 2010.
GREAN meets regularly to discuss governance, environmental matters and makes recommendations to Council on behalf of the community.
This year, the Eco Forum has teamed up with Ecofest, Central Queensland's largest environmental awareness event, to create a 'green' weekend on June 1 & 2.

The Gladstone Region Environmental Advisory Network (GREAN) would like to capture the Community's Vision of a Healthy Gladstone Harbour. GREAN invites community members to complete a short survey in order to share their throughts on what an environmentally, economically and socially sustainable Gladstone Harbour looks like.
