The Discovery Coast Community Care (DCCC) delivers a range of social group activities in the Discovery Coast catchment area for community members aged 40 years and over. The Discovery Coast Community Health Service also delivers a number of allied health services from the DCCC including: Physiotherapist, Dietitian, Community Nurse, Child Health Nurse, Therapeutic Counsellor, Podiatrist and Diabetic Educator. See the DCCHS page for further details.
