Some residents have been writing directly to elected members with queries and concerns. While our elected members are more than happy to talk to their constituents, it is often more efficient to direct your letters to the Chief Executive Officer at the Gladstone Office who will distribute your correspondence on to the relevant staff and/or elected members.
Council is committed to providing you with timely, efficient and consistent service. Our Customer Service Charter sets the service standards that Council aims to meet. If you believe that Council is not meeting these standards, you are encouraged to call 4970 0700.
Do you want to offer Council some feedback on your customer service experience, either positive or negative? Please print out the Customer Satisfaction Survey and complete it. You can then mail it back to Council, email it to info@gladstone.qld.gov.au or hand it in at any of our customer service centres. Your opinions are important to us and your feedback is how we improve our service to you and enables us to congratulate those staff that are providing excellence in customer service.
Petitions
