The Castletower Building on Hayes Avenue has five rooms available for hire. All rooms are non-smoking and furniture must not be moved from room to room under any circumstances.
 

  • Room 1:
    This room is a small meeting room with carpet flooring and air-conditioning, suitable for gatherings of up to 10 persons. Male, female and disabled toilets are available adjacent to this room.

    Furniture comprises:
    • 10 chairs
    • 1 oval table
  • The following equipment is available but must be requested at the time of lodging the Hire Agreement:
    • Whiteboard (markers/erasers not supplied)
    • Electric jug
    • TV/DVD on trolley
       
  • Room 2:
    This room is a large size with vinyl flooring, air-conditioning, large deck and rear patio. There is a separate kitchenette comprising 370 litre domestic fridge, microwave oven, two-burner cooktop, double sink, urn, electric jug, reasonable bench space and a servery. No crockery, cutlery etc. is supplied with this kitchenette. Tea towels and washing up liquid are not supplied. Male, female and disabled toilets are available. A piano is also available for use upon request.

    • 6 round café style tables
    • 6 rectangle tables (1.8m x .75m)
    • 4 trapezoid table
  • The following equipment is available but must be requested at the time of lodging the Hall Hire Agreement Form:
    • Data projector
    • TV/DVD
    • Portable screen
    • Whiteboard (markers/erasers not supplied)
  • Room 3:
    This room is a small consulting room with vinyl flooring and air-conditioning. There is a small kitchenette comprising sink, bar fridge, electric jug and minimal bench space.  No crockery, cutlery etc. is supplied with this kitchenette. Tea towels and washing up liquid are not supplied.  Male, female and disabled toilets are available.

    Furniture comprises:
    • 1 rectangle table 1.8m x .75m
    • 4 chairs
    • 1 rectangle table 1.2m x .50m
  • Room 4:
    This room is of medium size with vinyl flooring, air-conditioning, large deck and side patio.  There is a small sink area, electric jug and bar fridge. No crockery, cutlery etc. is supplied with this room. Tea towels and washing up liquid are not supplied.  Male, female and disabled toilets are available.
    Furniture comprises:
    • 6 rectangle tables 1.8m x .75m
    • 40 chairs
    • The following equipment is available but must be requested at the time of lodging the Hire Agreement.
    • Urn
    • Portable screen (in store room)
    • Data projector
    • Whiteboard (markers/erasers not supplied)
  • Room 5:
    This room is of small/medium size on the lower level of the building with vinyl flooring and ceiling fans throughout. There is a small kitchenette comprising sink, 370 litre domestic fridge/freezer, electric jug, microwave and minimal bench space.  No crockery, cutlery etc. is supplied with this kitchenette. Tea towels and washing up liquid are not supplied.  One adult toilet and a children’s toilet area is located in this room. Toilet would not be suitable for wheelchair access.  Direct access to a large fenced playground with play equipment.

    • 6 chairs
    • 1 rectangle table 1.8m x .75m
