Volunteers Volunteers

Looking to enjoy the outdoors and get involved in the community? Why not become a volunteer at Tondoon Botanic Gardens!

Our wonderful volunteers come from a variety of backgrounds with many different interests. Some have extensive botanical knowledge, while others simply have a love of being around plants. Whatever your interests are, there's something for you to be a part of.

At Tondoon, you can be involved in a variety of activities including:
  - Guided tours for schools and visitors
  - Photography
  - Events in the gardens
  - Children's activities and lessons
  - Friends of Conservation
  - Field trips
  - Plant research

Now available -  new group - Friends of Bonsai.

Have an interest or skill not on this list, but still love being around plants? Contact the Visitor Services Officer to talk about how you can bring your new ideas to the team.
