If you are experiencing any issues while completing your application please read our troubleshooting suggestions below -

Error- phone is an invalid phone number format? Please enter for phone number in the following format #### ### ### so for example 0000 000 000.

Are you trying to apply using your phone? You are unable to apply using your phone so please use a computer to complete your application. If you do not have a computer at home please visit a Council Library at one of the following locations-  Agnes Water, Boyne Island, Calliope, Gladstone, Miriam Vale and Mt Larcom - http://www.gladstonelibraries.qld.gov.au/

Are you not receiving a confirmation email?  Please note that at the moment confirmation codes can take a little while to come through. Please be patient! If you do not receive it within an hour please call HR and we will investigate further. Please also check your junk mail.

Are you unable to attach your Resume? Please ensure that your resume is smaller than 5mb and that it is a PDF.

Error: Cannot submit this application as the Questionnaire has not been completed yet". This error means that you have not provided a response to a mandatory question. Once all mandatory questions have been responded to you will be able to submit your application. Please make sure you press the save button before pressing next on each page.

Are you having problems with the page loading? Please try using another browser such as Google Chrome, Internet explorer.

Have you clicked on the submit button and the page hangs?  This means that your internet connection is not strong. Please save your application and try again later.
