Temporary food stalls at fairs, markets and events are required to obtain a temporary food stall licence.

To obtain an annual temporary food stall licence, you are required to submit the relevant application form and pay an application fee.  Once assessed, if your application is approved you will be given a temporary food stall licence.

How to apply for a Temporary Food Stall or Food Licence

To lodge an licence application online visit Councils Online Services click on the 'Licensing' icon and select the relevant licence type. Simply follow the instructions to progress through the lodgement process.  
 NOTE: There are mandatory attachments required as part of the lodgement process.

Alternatively applications can be made;

In Person
 Visit any Council Administration Centre or Rural Transaction Centre.
 Payment is accepted at all centres in the form of:

  • Cash
  • EFTPOS
  • Credit Card (AMEX accepted)
  • Cheque or Money Order
