Council works to stop unauthorised vehicle beach access
Gladstone Regional Council will this Wednesday (July 19) install large rocks to the forefront of the car park at Wyndham Park, Boyne Island to stop unauthorised vehicle beach access.
Work will commence at 7am and involve the partial closure of the car park for a period of 24 hours.
The large rocks will help decrease coastal erosion and reduce damages to Council infrastructure.
Council thanks residents and visitors to the area for their patience while the works are in progress and apologises for any inconvenience caused.
