In addition to Gladstone Regional Council's Australia Day Family Fun Day on January 26, Council offers donations to assist regional communities to host Australia Day celebrations in their townships.
Not-for-profit community groups and organisations in the Gladstone Region, who intend to host their own public Australia Day event, are invited to apply annually for funding assistance through Council's Donations Program - Category 3 Regional Event Support Australia Day Event.
