Meeting Room
The Gladstone City Library has a modern meeting room available for use. Bookings are essential and can be made at the loans desk of the Gladstone City Library or by phone on 07 49766400.
The meeting room has a seating capacity of 50 with 6 tables.
Basic meeting room facilities are free of charge to category one users and a small fee applies to category two users.
The two categories of users are :
Category One User
Not-for-Profit Gladstone Regional Council area community and/or charity groups.
Terms:
- Recurring bookings may be made for a twelve months period in advance, and for use of the room no more frequently than once per month.
- Reapplication for ongoing bookings is the responsibility of the organisation.
- General terms and conditions apply
- Charges will apply for use of special equipment.
- Charges will apply if room is not left clean and tidy.
Category Two User
Other groups or organisations.
Terms:
- Recurring bookings may not be accepted.
- General terms and conditions apply.
- Payment is required 24 hours prior to room use unless otherwise arranged.
Fees:
Hourly $25.00
Half day/evening $50.00
Full day $85.00
Special Equipment
Data projector usage in the Meeting Room is free.
The Data projector is not for use or hire outside the meeting room.
Meeting Room Hours
The Meeting Room may be used between the hours of 8.30 am and 11.00 pm (unless, in exceptional circumstances, approval for extended hours has been granted). Access to the library is not permitted outside normal library hours.
